first link truck has 106k original miles, new tranny and clean title, also the vortec motor.
second link truck was just rebuilt in may and has 180- 190k on the chassis, clean title and tranny rebuilt but no receit.
Which one would appeal more to you, not by looks but by price and reliability. Thanks.

is either of them a `96+?
if not those prices are retardedly out of line, the `95 and older's have absolutely no balls compared to the vortec motors.

Both trucks have 4L60 transmissions, 4l80's are big block trannies or 3500 trucks only. I don't know about the first truck but I've seen the second one, he lives near me. Its really clean. I know the vortechs have injector issues, suck intake gaskets in, and have random missfire problems right at about 100k. The old chevy truck engines are die hard. 95 is the only year you can get the old engine with the new interior. 96+ are OBDII and can be a pain to smog if it has issues. The first truck would have to be a 96 to get the vortech. All the parts for the 95's engine are way cheaper if for some reason it were to take a shit. I've had nothing but problems with a 98 I use to have and that had the vortech 5.7 Just my opinion. [ December 07, 2006, 12:03 PM: Message edited by: 5.0#4 87 T-Top GT ]

I think its the angle of the picture, I doubt that someone would weld in something in the wrong place.
