Ive started to move in to this type of workout instead of weights. Cardio for 45 min then box jumps, squats, burpies, pull ups, push ups, mountain climbers.

Agreed but I typically workout bigger muscles like legs and back twice a day. Remember training is 100% and diet is the other 100% you pig out on weekends it will ruin your gains and goals. Have a couple cheat meals but don't outweigh your gains

I been doing weights since High school and I'm 28 now, so my routine is primarily based on functional exercise rather than looking buff. Because with weights, it is very easy to get out of shape especially if you use "Juice"/protein/whey/Creatine. Never messed with supplements, disapprove of most of them.
Honestly, I am still as strong as I was when I was pumping nothing but iron. Just feel way lighter since I started to move away from heavily pumping iron. Its just that with the added cardio into my routine, I feel that I have more energy and fatigue way later. And legs at least 3x a week are a must, just because we walk around all day doesn't mean that we are working out our legs.

Trust me. Do crossfit. They will build you up. Monthly payments are up there but if you think about it. Your paying for a personal trainer 24/7. Idk about most gyms but my crossfit gym never closes. So I can go whenever times with a trainer on deck which is great.
