Yeah, some 22"s or 23" are in the works. I gotta couple styles in mind. I can't decide right now I'm so overwhelmed w/ this car. You can hit 90mph and not even know it .

I know I just got done doing an oil change. It is was quite a difference from the $15 I pay to get my mustang done. $65 for this car . I'm looking into purchasing an extended warranty, but I know what I got myself into .

I got an extended warranty on My caddy, the car was used with 45,000 miles and it was 3,000 dollar's for the warranty, but after a new tranny and an oil leak that required 20 hour's labor to change it was a great investment! I would say go for it..

Land Rovers are bad ass!
But, the old ones (Pre-2004) had ALOT of small issues... alot of electrical stuff. I would highly recommend you get a extended warranty for as long as you own the car. I used to have a brand 2002 Land Rover and it was in the shop at the dealer ALOT. In fact, it had so many little problems I just quite bringing it back to them and learned to live with the problems until my lease was up. I love European luxury cars BUT I would never own another one without an extended warranty.
FYI, I just had major routine matience and a ABS/ AIR BAG sensor replaced in my 528i Sport and it was $2900. AND that is about $1000 less than from a dealer. Don't own a european car unless you are willing to pay for the maintience or you are going to be crying...

I've heard the exact same thing a few times, but i'm thinking about buying a 04 soon. I like the older body types, though. Seems like they don't hold their value as much since they retail for A LOT more. I'm thinking about a 03-04, leaning towards the 04 since most of the problems have been corrected. Great ride, either way!!! [ October 10, 2005, 12:06 AM: Message edited by: castor ]

Well I just purchased an extended warranty for 4yrs./Unlimited miles. Basically it's bumper to bumper coverage w/ a few exclusions. That's a big relief because I'm sure this plan will pay for itself in no time. This is the most comfortable car I've ever drove. [ October 12, 2005, 12:15 PM: Message edited by: CLEEN 50 ]

good call on purchasing a warranty. I bought a full warranty for my rover. For the 6 months i owned it, I used the warranty a few times.

dont you think it's dumb to buy a pretty new car and pay 2-3 thousand for a warranty? its like you're expecting things to go wrong yet you still want the pos car. i'm not knocking you, i got a warranty on my car too because i heard it had a lot of problems.

well i wouldnt consider 60k a pretty new car so the warranty would be a good idea especially for this type of car where you'll get raped for any repairs. gotta pay $$$ if you wanna roll
