Finally today! That F--K'in bitch got her ass served by the Sheriffs and told her ass to move on out. That bitch made her kids and a nephew & niece move all that heavy-ass sh-t out of my 5 bedroom house! The nerve of her! I stood out front across the street and watched. Mmm, I was getting a HARD-ON just watchin'. But hey!, all this was the result of a bad tenants demise. She wrote the beginning and end of this sad little story. How do I feel? I feel Super! Great! I'm Born again! But...the kids are how I really feel for. Ashamed, and embarassed, that they got to suffer because their Stupid, Ugly, stanky-nappy ghetto- ass, Sec.8 attitude slut mom didn't wanna dish out the $100.00/month rent she was supposed to pay. "Nah!... I don't need to pay because the toilet is clogged! Nah!... I don't need to pay because the garbage disposal is jammed! Nah!... I don't have to pay because my utility bill was sky-high. And I'm too Fu-kin' stupid to dress me and my family warmly around winter because I really like it hot in the house while wearing thin pajama pants and tops! Hold on...here's an idea. I can just sue my land lord, claim stress and discrimination so I can pay for the high bill and have Christmas cash! Holy Haleluja!! I'll do that and see if I score!" Words of a true bitch-ass, sloppy-ass, lazy-ass dumb-ass, Ghetto-ass, ignorant-ass, 4-5 kids from different fathers-ass, cussing at her 2 year old-ass, suckin the tit of welfare-ass, and the tits of tax payer dollars-ass, never get a job-ass, suckin' the drips of support money from the dads as well as a paranoid-ass poor excuse of a woman. Man I considered renting my 4bd house out to sec. 8 folks because you are sure to get the money. But I keep hearing horror stories about the inspections and if something like a screen on a window is cut they dont pay, bunch of shit. I guess you take a chance no matter the tennant. Glad you went about it the right way with the sheriff and such. i think that person loses their section 8 also as a result of getting evicted.

kinda relivent question but my dads landlords decided last month they were gonna sell the house now instead of later last year as discussed the people are very nice and have been dealing with me since my dad went out of town now they contat me instead of him they wanted him to sign some tenant agreement which i dont really even understand and are trying to work it out with the new people not to increase rent and stuff well i havent faxed them back the letter yet bc i wanna understand what it means but she called me today and left a message saying if they do not get it today he will have to be out by next week bc they are closing...i only understand a little about all that but it is my understanding and from what i think that is illegal you have to give people atleast 30 days for evictions and have to have reasoning behind it so i dont see hwo they can a week to move out any feedback/ideas thanks

You should send it to your dad and let him decide on what to do since he is the one living there. I believe them contacting you instead of your dad is really messed up.

She was nice and polite at first before she moved in. She told me things land lords love to hear. About keeping the house and yard clean, being the quiet family, strict, prompt and on time when paying rent, etc. But when she got her foot in the door, that's when she turned into a complete BITCH! I'd NEVER rent to a section 8 person again. I've had my share [and still going through] with single women with 2-3 kids. You've pretty much sumed it all up in a nutshell as far as how I feel. You know, I tried to be a nice guy to help people out only to get burned...

I dunno man. I never rent to peeps on sect 8 or any other form of govt assistance. I always do credit checks and make sure they are stable enough to easily make rent. Hell I'll even visit where they are currently staying just to see their living habits. I don't want anyone trashing my shit! And ......I discriminate!!!!! This day and age you have to!
