I SENT THEM A EMAIL ASKING IF THEY CAN REPAIR MY TACH THAT SHORTED OUT..SO THEY WROTE ME BACK SAYIN SEND IT TO THIS ADRESS AND WE'LL FIX IT..ITS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH SINCE IT WAS DELIVERED TO THEM AND I EMAILED THEM ASKIN HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE..NO REPLYS AT ALL..THIS SHIT PISSES ME OFF

USUALLY PHONE CALLS WORK A LITTLE BETTER I NEVER RELY ON EMAIL FOR MOST COMPANIES IF I'D LIKE A QUICK REPLY
