Im looking around at car covers for my 66 coupe, whats the brand to go with? What should I look for exactly and I cant seem to find any good places online?
I've never bought a car cover and want to make sure I get a legit one.
Thanks ahead for any info

You first need to determine what you are protecting your car from. For exmaple, if you want to protect against door dings, get something thick like Evolution 3. This fabric is not as good as some for dust and dirt, and tends to absorb it. I currently keep a Cover Craft "Superweave" on my Cobra in the garage. It is very thin, but I don't worry about door dings. It is great at keeping dust off, and would also work well for dust/sun/water.
I would recommend checking out Cover Craft and California Car Cover Co. I believe they both have "user guides" on their websites to help you determine what fabric to select.

Ok well it will be indoors but do want it to have protection from any types of dings primarily. I will look into that thanks!

I can tell you not to buy one from auto zone. My car was outside for a month and the cover got so brittle it fell apart and they wouldn't return that pos!

I have a California Car Cover Softweave on my '65. I don't worry about door dings since my boat is parked in the garage next to it and not something with doors. I went to the Cal Car Cover booth at a GoodGuys show and looked at all the different materials that they offer. This is very soft and breathable. I think the car cover is softer than the sheets on my bed. The detailer that I use uses the same cover on her two cars.

I got the superweave for the Mach, and I forget the name but it's the thin waterproof one for the cobra, remind me to pull them out next time I see you, there always in the trunk. I like the soft one for garage kept cars.
