Wow! That water rose so quick too. Insane. I still can't believe we had waves hitting our coast. If one or more natural disasters occur this year I may start believing 2012
What's up with these people recording so close to stuff like this? I wouldn't be anywhere near it.

man thats unbelievable, i couldn't imagine how that would feel to lose everything and be surrounded by all that water. Think about how many little kids are out there right now terrified and helpless, this is sad stuff to watch.

not threadjacking, but check out the tsunami aftermath in my hometown, kona, hawaii...
before and after...
kona town took a hit, but not as bad as japan...hope the japanese people stay strong thru it all...

hawaii hasn't been on the news much at all, my mother in law lives in Hilo and she said it's pretty bad on the northern side of Kona [ March 14, 2011, 07:04 PM: Message edited by: Blind ]

kailua-kona took a beating...hilo had their share of tsunamis back in the day. glad though there was no casualties out there, only businesses and roads got damaged...
