Go with the C&L kit. It does require a tune but you'll be AMAZED when you get rid of the torque management etc.

I recomend the JLT w/SCT tuner. The C&L Looks better in my opinion but also retains more heat than plastic/composite. JLT is probably cheaper too,you can get it the same color as your paint which looks kinda nice.
