Sounds like a fishy sale if u ask me. When u drive that far for something you expect it to be READY AND AS STATED . Not all the run around BS. If u need the cash ASAP youd try and sell that MOTOR ASAP ,complete or as stated in ad. Just my view tho. No one wants time wasted or feel like they got ripped off after cashing out 4k. OP mite be better off this deal didnt go threw
