So I've been to autozone 8 times since 830 this morning and I've tried pretty much every belt from a 84.5 which other threads recommended all the way down to like a 78.5 but the closest I got is the current one at like 82.5 or some shit. This last time made me snap it's the perfect belt but to loose so the two areas below the tensioner by the alt touch. I'm tired of this running back and forth every 10 minutes so I'm bout to go inside and relax

Why don't you just get a smog pump and a standard belt and eliminate all the guessing?
I know, smog pumps are about $70 or so unless you can get lucky and find one from a wrecking yard.

Just swap them in the parking lot. I had the same problem with my notch. After like the 5th time back to monument I just did it at the store.
