If I could find a 18x9 or 17x9 with a 38mm off-set Maybe a 17x8 might fit under there, but if some has one that they are willing to let me fit for clearance that would be great.

Looks nice! The Mach 1 wheels really finish up that "mach 1" look
I think getting the Magnum 500's would really finish off the look though...you'll get the original mach 1 look with more of an aggressive stance Or maybe you can try painting the inserts of your Mach 1 wheels black.
