well technically they do have a case against these folks, if they have a trademark established. But I highly doubt it.
In any event I have a club called Ham&EggZRacing and we all over the bay. I demand you change your name or I will be forced to handle you by thumb wrestling.

First, I was thinking the same, unless the name is copy righted then they don't have any case. You can have all the buisness L's as they put it as they want.
