I like the lil sbf that I have in my 86 now. Should run well but there is always that thought in the back of my mind of throwing the 440sbc from my nova in there. It is nearly 500lb lighter than my nova and would move out quite nicely. Has NOTHING to do with not being able to make a Ford powerplant run. Its that my SBC combo mated with the Mustang would fukkin rip....But I know Ill never change your mind on this one

ok fatboy I actually met Dave a few weeks ago and dude can and will definitely beat the chub out of you. So if you want to lose that other few hundred lbs then I suggest you keep it up! A few other members here have met him too and they will tell you the same thing. He's HUGE, much younger than you and of course much better looking. Not that I look at him that way or anything I just couldn't help but notice in a non gay sort of way. Plus I tripped and fell into him and my head lay perfectly on his chest.

Fatboy! STFU. Youre over your head here. Theres nothing wrong with puting a faster motor for cheaper in a stang. Everyone knows Chebys are cheaper and dollar to dollar are FASTER! Now I understand many little 302 based motors have put the hurting on many 350 based motors but dollar to dollar cheby takes it. Just for the blocks its worth swapping.

Because its not about it being a CHEVY. Its about cost of good horsepower. Its not that I think chevys are faster I think they are cheaper to build.
