Topic: My E85 conv. Build!!! *warning* high HP parts content inside!

Ok so the switch to E85 may have costed me a bit cause I decided to upgrade a lot of parts while I was at it. I was shooting for a HP goal of 800rwhp but the more I speak to venders/tuners about my goal they say if I wanna run 25psi or more boost I can see 1000rwhp!! I just want the thing to be reliable so I may just get that 1000hp dyno slip and de tune it for street use! I also have a NOS kit I can install if I feel it will be needed for my dyno goal! One step at a time! So without further adue, here are the parts most of cafords has never seen!!! I have ordered more parts and everyday they keep rolling in so I will update as they come!
Basic list of mods!
Built balanced blueprinted iron shortblock with all forged Manley internals bored over .20.. All upgraded ARP bolts including mains,wave lock 2000 rods, head studs..etc
Fully ported 03 heads with stage 3 comp cams.. Will be degree'd of course! And comp beehive springs an retainers. Bought all new valves from ford. Got a deal and couldn't afford stainless valves!!!
Ported lower intake with 2.8h KB blower with behemoth intake, dual 75mm tb, 115mm maf with HPX senser and zone 5 maf extender, huge 5" inlet S&B powerstack filter!
Fuel system will be fore rails, 105lb Bosch injectors, sumped tank with -10an feed lines, -8am return, fuelab or magnafuel pump(not sure yet), magnafuel 2000hp fuel regulator!
Ported heads!
This used to fit over my OLD tb!!!

I thought the same thing till I talked with a guy that did it! Thought all cobra's that had anything over 800hp was turbo only.. Kenne bell says the blower is more then capable of it, it the restrictions before the blower, Ie... Blower inlet, TB, maf housing, intake and filter (believe it or not at this hp level)
My old setup I never dyno'd but similar car were butting down 700 like Terrence is doing on the 2.9 with small pulley on 91 pump gas!!!

Ya matt I am staying 6 speed! To be honest I will take it to the track but I dint expect great times. I'm not going to launch it super hard until I upgrade my axles and input shaft on the tranny. Wanna enjoy the car without breaking it! But I'm sure we can work out a friendly side by side roll from a 40!!!

1raw93svt- you must have missed the part where me and talon were joking about the 13 sec. Times!!! Haha we all know talons car is bad ass bro. And my car was already at his Power level when it was black with my ported eaton! Z06's got left every time. His car is also really light, I'm sure that thing moves!!!
Talon- I'm planning on going for 23-25lbs!! Depends how much power it makes and how much boost I loose! I have the 19lb(3.5") upper pulley on now with a 4 lb lower but the inlet, longtubes and no cats should loose atleast 4lb boost! But I have a 3" and a 2.90 pulley on standby! Car should not be a joke when it's done and we can get a few fun runs in, no biggy and Terrence and me have a run coming too!! Streakmatt but I'm positive he will take me at the track, street may be better for me.
Also keep in mind guys that just because my car WILL make big power does not mean it will beat some of the cars with less HP! Matts car will make a little less power but also weighs was less, a does talons car so with that said, it's all in fun for everyone win or lose! Please don't come on here talking shit and saying so and so is faster and will beat whoever. I understand this is cafords but we all do it for the love of cars and not to make enemies!!!
Also on the list is a good friend of mine who has a built ls2 powered vette with a A&A vortech kit. It just put down 830rwhp.. And foxGT of course.. He always loves to run!! And I'm sure the list will go on!!

horsepower to weight ratio is a great thing to compare but when you're comparing a 500RW to a 700Rw car...a few hundred pounds is not going to make that big of a difference...
well maybe a difference on 2 bus lengths instead of 2.5 bus lengths..
