Does anybody know the Ford Racing part # for this style valve cover for a 95 Cobra. I need to make sure they clear the 1.7 rockers. Also whats up with the breather holes? I just need the 1 hole on the pass side for oil fill & crankcase vent.

Technically, they aren't smog legal. And to clear 1.7 ped mounts, you'd have to remove the inner baffles.

they make a set for EFI that only have one oil fill tube and have a PCV hookup on the filler tube like the stock ones.
