Well i took a little fishing excursion to Clear Lake over the weekend. I finally lowered my car and got the wheels and tires on and figured it would be a good place to take some pics. Heres a few of the ones i snapped. These are just raw images that i haven't played with. Big thanks to Jordan0806 for running me around to get my wheels, 306mustang for the hook up on the authentic Saleens, 92StangLX for the good deal on the BFG Drag radials, 50Reasons for the die grinder and 93Reefblue50 for helping me cut the springs. Bunch of good guys on this site for sure.
EDIT: Last but not least i gotta thank Mach103. This cat Mario let me come by at 11pm to borrow a set of rollers to give to the guy i got my Saleens from until he gets some new ones. Mario man without you man this whole deal would have fell through. Thanks man.

They're good tires but I heard they're not very good in the rain...

Great choice on the wheels! Chrome Saleens look great on that color.
Looks like you have a nice "usable" ride height too.

Very clean & tasteful Cobra. How is the ride with the cut springs? I would like to get rid of about 1" outback. I could use some tips.

Lethl03: as soon as your car is ready Noel let me know
Luke: Yeah man i only went with 3/4 a coil and kept all the iso's in. I had been considering a full coil but seeing as how the car will see all types of road conditions i want to keep from scraping anywhere. The saleens were a good choice though for sure. The advice you gave seemed to work perfectly as i had the chance to pick up a set like a day after i had PM'd you
Fastryde3: You and mike are one and the same man. The day i pulled up in my car he told me i needed one. I like using my CB radio though. haha
Snakebit95: I would not reccommend cutting your springs since they are progressive rate. The springs on the 03 cobras are linear and maitain the same rate througout. So when you cut them the only thing that changes is the length they travel. When you cut progressive rate springs it makes them become unpredictable since each coil compresses at a different weight
Cali95GT: The lake hasnt been closed anytime i have been there since 4th of July and now. It may have been closed prior but not to my knowledge

I wish. Just an srt8 charger and a 40 year old woman in an 05 GT that tried to race me today
Epik Thanks man its comin along. Finally joining the big boys club
Streetfighter50: These are 315 BFG Drag radials. They are mad beefy man. Best thing is no more wheel hop.
John B: Hopefully my engine bay will resemble yours soon also. Or you can let me borrow your whipple so I can see how it looks.
