I had dreams of benching 500. But I slapped 475 today and I quit. My joints cant take no more. Plus I am shedding weight too fast. Big ups to ya'll out there that are part of the 500 club that shit is heavy.

Man I am a Cherry Park, Benton, Central, Solari, Camden...you name it. Legend...lmao. I am ran the circuit in Oakland (Alameda, Moss Wood, Club Sport, Bollinger....). I think we tried to put together a CaFords hoop game. But I couldnt attend.
