I just bought a 90 hatchback and it has a worn piston ring and I was told by (jae jae) that I should do a rebuild so if anyone in the vallejo area can help me out let me know

Maybe you can find a used 5.0 HO and toss that in the car. It might be cheaper, if your trying to save money that is.

Im definately tryin to save money this buy is taking what little I have left.......so if someone can hook it up with a cheap motor I'd be greatly appreciative

JohnB's close to you pm him. Or if you feel like driving a bit, Turbo50 can do it. He's got my motor right now and has done awesome work on a few others I know.

Put a wtb post in the ford sale section. there is always someone selling a old 5.0 motor. Good Luck. I don' think it would be to hard to drop a motor in. [patriot]

Turbo50 built my motor and did a kickass job, I highly recommend him.

Depends on what you need done. Mine added up, but thats only cause I went to his house and ended buying tons of shit he had laying around lol.

My motor build ended up turning into Motor build + Tubular K Member, + Tubular A Arms + Complete Coil Over shock conversino and all new brakes hahah

I have two stock motors that are both runners. I came across them just for the shortblocks to re ring and bearing to help out the budget build guys and make me a little side cash.

I would go through them both because they both probably have tons of miles on them, but they ran great.

Let em go cheap, just PM me.
