theres nothing "unconstitutional" about speed cameras...there are LAWS against them in certain places, as they require an actual person writing a ticket and witnessing the crime. there was a story recently about a certain county I think in So Cal that had them, and refused to refund the fees they got while using them. Illegal as all hell
