Yes its all voluntary but wtf is hard about saying, "yes im a citizen"? And showing id to prove it?
Smh, im pretty sure illegals are or have picked up on these videos, and now will be smuggling in busloads of immigrants that we have to pay for down the line...because now they know what are the cans and cants of a checkpoint near the border.

Canadians have free health care. They are not crossing the border. Haha. I think illegal immigrants are a problem. Not just Mexican immigrants either.
I've got some Mexican in me too. My grandpa was 100% on my Moms side. Pretty sure his parents came over illegally. I'm glad they did. But really, it is a problem. I just don't think it's enough of a problem to jeopardize every U.S. citizens constitutional rights. DUI checkpoints I feel the same about. Ridiculous how they try and flex nuts.

I have to flip that though and say it's not that hard to answer the question "am I being detained". It's so annoying when law enforcement ignores that question. They ignore it because they know you have the right to leave, but they just don't want to grant you permission. They are just as annoying. You know they guy speaking perfectly about civil liberties is American. But you want respect. You want your question answered. Well fuck you officer!
They try and keep the wool over your eyes about your rights.
This is sickening. Watch this video. The cop doesn't know there is a camera when he's searching the car. Starts chatting with his partner and says "he's innocent and he knows it. He knows his rights". These pigs. Then they see the camera and shit.
