Just got offered a supervisor position in north dakota with a lot more pay, way better benefits, moving expenses paid and a bonus involved. Just wanna know as much as i can about the state and see how people felt about it.

Cold & Flat. Friendly people. Lots of hunting and fishing. Oil industry is booming there!

The oil industry is why im moving up there. Im a railcar repairman and rail shipping is booming due to oil production

I've been to Minot and Grand Forks a total of 9 hours. That was enough for me.
Hope you have housing secured. We (Air Force) have suspended any moves to the state due to lack of available housing. This has been on and off for 3+ years.
