Not everyone gets so lucky, my moms friend was killed by a drunk driver last night on highway 50

Well that's what happen when you stop in the middle of the street at night. A sober driver could of done the same thing.

Damn!I remember way back in the day at the old spot on El Centro Rd. some drunk idiot in a Miata flew right thru the middle of everyone and went off the road.No one even heard him coming,probably going like 60 miles an hour,he missed me by inches.I just felt the wind go by behind me and turned in time to see him go off the road.Its a miracle he didnt kill anyone or hit any cars,there were alot of people walking in the road and cars parked on both sides.

Oh, too bad.. A drunk driver and a street racer stopped in the middle of the road.. Hopefully no INNOCENT people were injured.. They were both in the wrong and deserved what they got.

No shit, I'm thinking they were claiming the SUV driver was drunk to try and push the blame off on him. The fact is they were stopped in the middle of a busy 2 lane road, neither one had their foot on the brake so the other driver didn't see they were stopped. This is the reason you take the shit to the track.

i almost got rearend few years ago by 2 guys racing on 580. the charger almost hit me. it was a new charger and mustang. i was doing 75mph and they must been doing 120+
