I was flashed by a Red Light Camera in Stockton. I guess the camera wanted my photo for the tabloids. I know what I'm going to get in the mail. If anyone here ever got these Red Light Camera charges dismissed in court help me out. I can use some ammo when I plead not guilty. These camera do not promote traffic safety. It promotes revenue. Cops and ex-cops here on cafords are especially welcomed to give me some tips. Thanks!

Most likely you'll get a letter from somewhere in Arizona from the private company who owns the cameras. If it gives you court info or a date then your stuck, if it says on the back of the ticket to not contact the court about this ticket then its bullshit. It's a scam, my daughter got one for turning right on a red. The "ticket" said not to contact the court about it because they won't have the information on it so we ignored it. Nothing EVER came of it, its been months and we never got shit again. It's a private company who has an agreement with the city and they get half the money for the tickets.

I heard whem they take pictures N your face isn't in it you can't get ticketed for it.

Yeah I heard that if they don't get your face then most likely the private company who runs the camera will try and make their own money, if so fuck them! LOL
