Going with the famliy this thanks giving weekend . Wanted to see if any of you have some experience going here , what to avoid there and the best way to get to Socal (driving there)
Does the fastpass work?
Any of those apps work to be organized for the days your there ?

My Kid brother works there, and I used to live out that way. Take the 99 all the way (more restroom stops) Fast Pass does work, but you have to wait either way lol.
Be careful if it's raining because there WILL be snow through the grapevine.

I just got done going about a month ago, take i-5, there are no tolls and from san leandro it took me like 5 hours to get there and that includes stopping at dennys and getting gas. There is a dennys just before the grapevine and a gas station, I would stop there for a midway break. As far as a hotel embassy suits ftmfw. Got our rooms off expedia for like 130 a night, each room has 2 flat screen tvs, a living room and a bedroom. Also they have a full blown complimentary breakfast, I mean french toast, eggs, hash browns, not just beagles and bananas. For the disneyland use the fastpasses for sure and do the rides in between without passes and don't go to any water light shows unless u show up fuckin early to get seats. If ur not in the front row your not gona see anything. Any questions lmk. Oh and if u are military they give a amazing deal on hopper passes

I go to LA and San Diego at least once a month, I-5 is a bitch during the day, I try leave after 8pm or so from the Bay Area, works for me, I can get to San Diego in 6.5 hours.

Dude! Am gonna be down there too..am leaving Wednesday and coming back Sunday...take I5 all the way there...just enjoy it man maybe ill see u down there

Nice! ! it sucks because i wanted to be out here in the bayarea to watch the Niner game and we are leaving Thursday morning around 8am. If i make it im going to go to espn zone or a tgif with my niner jearsey on ![[Eek!]](eek.gif) lol

I dont know if i want to do a 2 day Disneyland hopper ticket or just go 1 day to Disneyland on Friday and sat go to universal. ( I havnt been to both )
