i have a sn95 with about $700-1000 in back fees/ fast track tickets so i was wondering if its possible to buy a junk roller and swap info or is it better to get a roller and swap parts? bad thing is my car is solid and its always on the streets and i dont want it towed

First off its highly illegal to swap vins on a car.
Honestly stop being CHEAP and pay your tags. It doesn't make sense to buy a roller,swap everything over,pay transfer fees,smog. After its all said and done you will easily be 1k in the hole. What happens if you get caught and get your car taken away.

well the car is solid as far as the motor and what not but it is a drop top thats needs alot of tlc and i would be doin the swap my self but good point tho i still wouldnt want it to get taken away over something dumb. but i had the ideal that maybe i could find a cheap roller that was a clean title maybe and then part out my current one
