Have you tried creatine? And there this other stuff forgot the name I got to look it up. Basically helps you absorb the protien, creatine ect. Better. helps you build and work out longer.

No I have not. Im look in to them. I just been thinking about trying steroids for a few months and see how it goes.

Try it for a little bit see if you like it. I was mixing that with a couple other protiens and saw results. Your gonna gain somewight but in a good way lol.

Easy come easy go just give it some time and do it right..you need to take your body weight in grams of protien and get some max muscle high 5 cause whey protien goes in and out of your system really fast..

i hate cheaters!! i see these guys at the gym on that shit all the time and it pisses me off that i'm working twice as hard as them and they get instant results. it makes me laught that some of them look so swole but can't lift crap though ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
just do it right and work hard and it will come. seen guys do it for a year straight and see serious results!

I'd say go see a therapist because if you're not happy with your body the way it is now or what it would be if you just worked out the old fashioned way and need more, then even if you look like you're rocked out on the outside you're going to feel like shit on the inside no matter what type of roids you take and how big you get.

Why do you wanna take em? What is it you want to accomplish? It's not just taking steroids it's about taking other supplements while your on them and post supplrments to take you testosterone down safely but you don't need that crap just eat like crazy and go heavy every day bro. go natural but get a good pre workout drink, a good during workout and post workout . good multi vitamin get some glutamine and some good amino acid complex.'stay consistant get good rest at night drink lots of water and eat right. %80 of your results come from what you eat. heres a list of what i used to use everyday that works great.
on performance whey protein
purple wrath
white flood
casein protein before bed only
a gallon of water everyday
L- glutamine mixed in my protein
drinkable amino complex its the shit you eat like 3 tablespoons of its gross but works
mix my protein shakes in whole milk
and most importanlty take animal packs multi v's
oh yea and get some zma pills you take em before bed they are natural they replace what youve used all day zinc magnesium and vitamin a. tye key to success wether losing weight or gaining muscle is what you eat and drinking enough water.
