Are they still legal? I thought I read somewhere that they weren't legal at the moment? I think I just got one. Slammed on the breaks and started sliding so I went back to the gas and kept going.

I thought that they weren't allowed to add any new cameras unless the particular intersection was a hazard risk and they being there would benefit it.

damn near 500 bucks with traffic school...just paid one,and i did a great traffic school,u can skip threw it to the test and download a study guide and use it on the test...idrivesafely.com

Well i hope i don't get one. If not i'll take it to court there was no way for me to stop safely and i wasn't speeding.

In Napa a judge ruled the contract between the camera company and the city was illegal. Beyond this city, I don't know that there's a statewide ban on them.
