My HP desktop that I bought at Costco in 08 just took a shit, just wondering if any of you have returned any electronics back to Costco without a receipt. I know they do accept returns with no receipt but was wondering if there was something different returning electronics. ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

As an employee there you have 90 days to return it, otherwise you have 2 years through the concierge.

since it was bought under the old policy they may still honor it. usually they have records of what you have purchased atleast when i went in recently they had record.

The policy changed in 2007 you have 90 days to return it an the up the manufacturers warranty 2 more years

Costco Amex extends electronic manufacturers warrant for an extra year FYI.

I returned a printer over a year after we purchased it with no ink or box. Without blinking an eye the lady opened the drawer and pulled out cash. I'm not sure how something that old will go but you can try it and see what they'll do.
