I think I'd just knock my arm into whatever cup is sitting in those whenever I shifted.
e-brake wedge cup holder is the best, imo.

my gt has the removable cupholder that sits in the ashtray gets in the way of shifting.. keep that in mind if its for a 5 speed any kind of drinks are guna be in your way

For real thats what i've been doing.Works good enough for me.Plus real muscle cars don't have cup holders
