Holy shit I was fucked up last night. I have been on this no carb diet for about 4 months, lost 40 lbs, and havent really drank since then. Went out with my buddys last night, had way to many haywires, way to many carbs.. Pop-Tarts were the only thing I had in the house. FML..

Are you on that Keto diet?
Yeah I was. I couldn't believe how fast I dropped weight. I went from a 38 to a 32 in about 3 months. I was 238 when I started and I weighed myself this morning and am at 192.

Right on. Congrats on the weight loss! It must take alot of discipline to not have carbs. I believe you have or should have a day a week to load up on carbs right? Monday was probably an unplanned one haha
