Go to 192.168.1.1 on your address bar and there should be a setting on there that you can write in all the IP's that you want to be able to use the wifi. Then you just type in the ip's from all the computers.

Is it a secured access point? If it is then you need to setup each laptop with the passcode.

yeah, thats what i had to do on my laptops and ipad was to put in the WEP password and they all connected.

sounds like one of your devices has a static ip that's trying to use the same address that the router gave out to something else to me.
