Ok, granted the wing is pretty ugly, but the car is an American Iron road race car, so I'm sure the wing is there for a purpose...

Depends on what class your in and what parts are allowed per the class rules. If the horsepower matches the crate motor but say the crate motor had heads on it the Sanctioning body has determined to be illegal then no.
