Blah, ol boy got caught doing something wrong so they charge him for that???? Seems fishy for me. Now law wise I believe there may be some law in Maryland where is ilegal to record. I heard something about it in the Clinton scandal.
But oh boy I definately can be wrong on this one.

NOthing, he had a big camera on his head, how the hell the cop going to say I didn't know???? and I say if they could record us we should be able to record them!

Yeah thats weak sauce!! Their just mad because the officer did the stop all wrong & everyone saw them make a mistake!! So to get even their going to try & bust him. But he wasn't planning on recording them, They interrupted him doing his own recording of himself! If he would of tried & turn off the recording he might have been shot ya know!! I bet the case gets thrown out if he gets a lawyer!!

How about first making it illegal to pull someone over (in this case it wasn't a pull over..it was an unmarked car pulling in front of this guy preventing him from moving forward) and brandishing a firearm before identifying yourself as a police officer?
I think I would have bolted out there at top speed then called the cops saying someone just cut me off and got out of the car with a gun...

exactly! same thing happened to my bro last year. two unmarked cops pulled out guns without identifying themselves first... bullshit. if i were him, i'd get a lawyer, if the judge is smart at all it'd be thrown out no questions asked.
