this punk I work with got upset that he's being sent home for the day for talking shit to his new boss ( I was his boss for 6 months ) before he walks out the door he says he's going to sue. He said he's been hit 3 times by a forklift...... He was hit two times, both cases he was at fault.
This punk comes in todayand the whole time, hella rude and on his cell phone with a lawyer.
This punk is also waiting on a settlement in Nevada from the forest department(for being wrongfully let go) and is waitting to hear back from when he was hit in a car by a street sweeper ![[BS flag]](graemlins/bs_flag.gif)
I want to beat this fools ass soooooo fucking bad. But I'd know I just end up getting served in a few weeks too! ![[Mad]](mad.gif)

^ yeah we drug test when you start and then it's random. Funny when he says he got hurt, but didn't need to go to the doctor after he was hit..... He probably knew he wouldn't pass the piss test. I wish I had just sent him down anyways.

Thats how it was at Home Depot. Every time you hit something or got hit by a forklift...Pee in a cup. Since you guys do random tests, maybe you should conduct one first thing tomorrow. And don't you need medical documentation to prove any injury when facing a Judge????

al long a he fill out a report at work he might be good.
i worked at a place that did random drug test's an the gave it to this one guy he left for lunch an never came back i guess he couldn't pass
