Been down for a week damn near with Strepp throat...anyone else? I am aware of 9 folks I know that have it or had it in the last few weeks.

Hang in there. Strep throat, flu, and sinus infections are going on pretty hard lately.

Vitamin C and a good multi-vitamin will help fight infections. I havent been sick in about 4 years. Which is amazing considering I am always around kids (except at work) and I am getting older.

got strepp 6 weeks back. didnt eat anything for 3 days, couldnt swallow my own spit. had a fever of 102.7 sweatin like a mufucka, and freezin at the same time. lost 9 lbs within those 6 days, slept about 2 hrs a day for the last 4 days.. SHIT SUCKS!
g luck dave, hope you get over it quick! as soon as i finished my 3 day antibiotics prescribed all that shit just started HOCKIN down. that plus the 800mg Motrin for the inflammation (Worked within an hour).

i use to get strep throat twice a year where i use to live, but havent gotten since moving to vacaville, i feel your guys pain, i use to describe it as trying to swallow whole doritos while just trying to swallow my own spit, i would gargle salt water and listerine but nothing ever really worked for me...

my bad dan, i accidentally called you dave...anyways the shit that sucks is that i think im starting to get this again. my doctor said most of the time it starts with allergies. fucken seasonal allergies!
