Download and install a program called bittorrent, go to the pirate bay and search it, when you find the one you want click on the "download torrent" link and you'll download it. Look for uploaders with a pink or green skull next to their name, those are trusted uploaders.

That will take him FOREVER. get a rapidshare account then a program like IDM and you can get it in about 30 minutes.
