Well, I have been to Sac many times and I have noticed that if its your first time out there, drive an import, or screw up. The worker eat you up, they are truly asses to you! They never give you a run down and expect you to know everything. They have no respect for people! And last night I felt bad for all the import guys, they got treated like shit(as always), and I though that was unfair, since we are all paying the same price. These guys should appreciate everyone and every car that goes out there since that are making their pay checks……Well it just bothers me their lack of respect!

Ehh maybe it was more towards the imports but one dude was being a fucking dick when my buddy was tryna back me into the water box, he told my friend that he was gonna tell me when to spin my tires not my friend......Then you got a number on your window showing you what lane to go back into and you got dumbasses jumping into other lines with no one regulating that getting 2 passes before you even get one, jmho from the pits as a racer last night.....

Yeah, the workers there can be dicks, thats 4 sure. But, grudge not is not the event to go race at if you dont know what you're doing. TNT would be the best event to go to for learning...
They definitely shouldn't be treating the import guys like sh#t though, they paid money just like everyone else.

yeah that shit sucked , my boy willie was in the cobra next to you guys . I ran at tnt but i was even getting pissed for you all. all that waiting was garbage.. Youu guys should have rolled to TNT you could have hot lapped it all day and at worst you were second in line.
earlier in the day they werent being that big of dicks, and i even saw them help out a few people and i even said ive never seen em be that coo lol maybe they just got burnt out, it was hott out there during the day.

I agree with the whole being dicks thing and it really reflects as the track has been "almost shutting down" for years I'd hate to see that happen
ohh and I had a guy be cool once, alot of people back up into the box and burn out their the track worker told me not to do that as it was only hurting my traction

I was out there in my friends vert years ago. They told me that because I didn't have a cage in it I couldn't run faster than a 13.0 so I kept launching hard and backing off on the top end. One run I stayed in it and ran a 12.2. Needless to say when I pulled back around I got yelled at and told to leave. They were being assholes but I did exactly what they told me not to so oh well.

It was my cousin's first time out with his 03. He sat in the tech line almost one hour, while other people ran about 2-3 times.
durning TnT one guy was pretty cool he let my buddy run his 11sec go kart?

They kinda act(and look)more like bouncers from an okie,biker nightclub IMO.A little more professionalism on the starting line would be an improvement.

you it sure did not help with a inmport pop its engine an blowing its guts all down the track.an if you know some how never raced go on wed night its cheaper an the will help you more grudge night is geared more to poeple who have street raced an cars an know what there doing

Let me add that ive known a few of these guys personally and they are good people.Just a little rough around the edges and hard on newbies at the starting line sometimes.

yes they can be ass but i was out there a couple of month ago wednesday night in my honda broke like 5 axel and change them out right next to the bike and they didnt say nothing but when a 99-04 mustang pull next to me to change his slicks out he got yelled at

Yeah but I was in a Fox Vert with no cage or helmet. I would launch hard and totally back off, the guy told me if I feel like I've got a good run to stay in it so I did. Once I ran a 12.9 and they didn't say anything but the second time I went under a 13.0 they got pissed. I was having fun with some 18" Michelin tires that had no traction and a 347, I had to pedal the car through first and second to keep traction.

Don't get me started on sac raceway, look here is the main rule about sac raceway. If you are a regular they bend rules all day long and if you are one of the guys that goes once in a wile then your screwed! I HATE SAC RACEWAY, its sad to say but I can't wait tell they SHUT IT DOWN! THAT PLACE IS JUNK!!!!
Sorry I just hate sac raceway! have had nothing but problems every time I have gone there!

First I do follow the rules, and I DON'T go to sac raceway, but my problem is that the workers are just plain STUPID! Don't get me wrong I know people that go there all the time and once you get to know the workers well then they are cool with you (example I know a person running a convertable with no cage ETA 11 sec). I can tell you way more stories of my own friends that go out there all the time
Ya I know a convertable needs a roll cage at I think either 13.5 or 12.9, This is why I hate sac raceway, the workers are Idiots and there are no rules,
For my car yes its caged and track ready but my last time there they wanted me to Pull my carpet off so they can inspect the welds. I don't think he even knew what good welds looked like and Well I had about 4 employees inspecting my car (wait I tought I passed tech earlier) and they gived me all kind of shit and they were wrong, so long story they told me to take my car off the track tell my friend came by and said I'm with him...........................I RAN MY CAR and the funny thing is the second run I left my tranny and lots of fluids on the track! (well worth it)
Hey don't get me wrong A bad track is better than NO TRACK!

I havent had too many problems. They always give me shit about my battery shut off not being correct. Before that they gave me shit about my bungie cord battery hold down, but they always let me race!! so i have no problems..... ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
