anyone know a good place that does engines and cyl heads?..lookin to get nored .30 over and maybe some head porting..how much for the bore?

If you wanna travel I recommend dynicron is stockton. A bit out of your way but the dudes are good.

anyone have an idea how much it would cost to prepare a block for a 347? i can trade my off road h pipe for a intake to oil pan motor it just doesnt start i really just wanted the block..lol but im deciding weither to go 351 or stick witht the 302 block

Joes machine shop in concord does good work..to preaper a block for 347..u gotta get it hot tanked ..magnafluxed to make sure ain't got cracks..and then bored and honed..and maybe surfaced .and of course clearenced for the crank ..so ur looking at around 350 to 500

We use Rob's machine shop off Industrial in Hayward.
Rob Jr. is actually into fox body stangs he was just over at our shop the other night.
