if a ford car is smog the last week of august. Is it still in the smog loop or does it need to be smogged again for new owner transfer? thanx

exactly 90 days, and it is only good for one DMV visit. this means you can register it and if you are with the person you are selling it to, you can transfer the title but not on split days.
