Thanks for the thread and props guys ..That was a helluva run with Zack, he knew he had to redlight to get me out the hole!! ...Congrats on the 10's Zack, you deserve it! Yup my new ET Drags definitely helped me tonight, last time out I went 1.5960ft, tonight I seen my best on this run of 1.44. I'm stoked about the 10.13 as well, I'm still lifting on all my shifts!! Good seeing everyone out there tonight I had a blast. We have a few vids of single runs, but this run where we raced each other came out hella blurry. thanks for the help last night guys....i guess its my time. I found a piece of my connecting rod laying on my k member. It was a fuel issue for sure, i had enough pressure but the quanity was not there. Ill definatly be adding another fuel pump with my new setup. Any1 got a cobra shortblock laying around? JK. I doubt it.

my boy has a teksid block sitting in his garage. hi is a member on here and his house is in the sacramento area. u want me to hit him up for you? but yeah man after the issue with the plugs at the track i didnt even imagine that the motor would go on the next pass. good to hear you made it home though. i think i hear a 4v swap coming....

Sorry about the Car Chad, but everything will work out....The Teksid block would be a good upgrade since its stronger, has a better crank, & its alot lighter than the Iron block you already have....I would go that route & Forge the internals....
It had to be a fuel issue, but maybe the man who pulls his pants up to his nipples gave you a bad tune too???

Im not too sure exactly, but probably the timing cover & chains from your 2V.... It is a very poular swap though & Im sure someone on here can give you all the info you need.

I think Matts car weighed somewhere in the 3,050 range?? Zacks car was 2,850
