Anyone know a good machine shop in the Sacramento area that can resurface an 03 Cobra aluminum flywheel ASAP. I need to get this done before monday so I guess it would need to be done tomorrow since most machine shops are probably closed on the weekends. The flywheel actually only has about 30K on it, & it looks fine, but since Im putting in a new clutch, I might as well get the flywheel resurfaced...LMK...Thanks

you should replace the flywheel bolts, they are TTY bolts.... alot of people don't and thats their choice... cheap insurance IMO....

I figured that, Im just really in a pinch money wise right now. How much do u think Im gonna have to spend for new Ford flywheel bolts, throw out bearing, pilot bearing & resurface???

The thing is my buddy has time to install my new MM k member, clutch/ flywheel, & motor mounts on monday & this is the only day he has available. & also as u know I have LT's, so doing tranny work is a PITA, so i need to do all this at once...He didnt tell me he had time until today & I havent bought the TOB, pilot, Flywheel bolts, or resurfaced the flywheel yet..

I hope Ford has all those in stock. It seems that everytime you have to get parts related to 32V cars, they are always special order or out of stock??? I hope this isnt the case tomorrow....

I paid around 70$ for a new OEM TOB and Pilot bearing. Your buying newer 32V stuff so it may cost more. Flywheel resurfacing is ~30$. So total your looking at 100$+ if you want new bolts etc.

your looking at $35 for the throwout bearing, $16 for pilot bearing, and 16-35 for the bolts.. ford racing or ARP.... that was found on a quick search through summit... not sure on the re-surface, but shouldn't be expensive...
