Well the truth is that most Dallas fans weren't ecstatic about having him. Although he had been very productive up until this last year.
This makes me very happy! I got soo sick of seeing his F'n face when he didn't get the ball enough. Overall I think most Dallas players knew he had to go. F**k T.O.!
As long as Romo, Witten, and D. Ware stick around- were good! [ March 05, 2009, 02:51 AM: Message edited by: COBRAreflection ]

epic fail on cowboys behalf.
Should have fired the coach and or offensive coordinator.
TO can be a pest, but on Sunday homeboy plays his ass off. He fills seats. He sells jerseys. And say what you must, homeboy tells they truth and says what needs to be said. Basically TO does what any player of his caliber in any sport does. He wants the ball when the game is on the line. Or he wants to maximize his impact on the game.

Your "homeboy" drops more balls than anyone else in the league damn near, he talks shit about his QB's, other teammates, EVERYONE. he's a "cancer" on any team he's ever been on, NOW THAT'S A FUCKING FACT!

He talked shit about Donovan and all of it turned to be true. One thing he is not is a liar. When the dust settle the stuff he said in Dallas will turn out to be true too.
What is a fact is he is a hall of fame player. And through all the drama no one ever questioned his work ethic, productivity and ability. The offensive coordinator should be fired before he was. And dont forget football is a business as well. From a business standpoint it is stupid as well to dump him. I still think this is a dumb move on their part.
Oh BTW I am not a Cowboys fan .

Mike Singletary could indeed put TO in his place, however this is my prediction:
T.O. Will be picked up by the Colts to replace Marvin Harrison for 1 year.
Mark my words...

Football is like any business. Compare T.O. to a salesperson who works under a manager and supervisor. Just because the Sales person is off the chart, should he/she have their way? Should the manager fire the supervisor (offensive coordinator) because the off hook salesman/woman says they're the problem? Come on! That piece of shit has been a problem everywhere because he's too F'n cocky and selfish. You T.O. fans should write him a condolence letter

Watch my words.....what he said about Romo and the others will come to light and prove to be true. Just like it did in Philly. I agree the dude whines a lot. And can be a distraction. I will give you that. But on Sunday homeboy is all business. And yes as a business owner you keep your cash cow. Maybe reel him in a bit with gag orders and contract stipulations. But you do not give away the goose that lays the golden egg. Business is business.

Tony Romo sucks and he is grossly overpaid. He always falls on his face in crunchtime. To bad T.O. did'nt kick his ass or Jason Whitens for that matter. I would pay to watch that LOL

^^^ This is my problem with TO! He is a fake! He did this whole B S act to get paid. He was up for contract, and didn't want JJ or any other team members questioning his part in team chemistry.
In regards to Romo, I deal with a lot Romo haters. The fact of the matter is the guy produces and keeps his mouth shut! No one can simply say he chokes under pressure. There has been too many other factors that have played into the recent failure of the Cowboys not succeeding in the playoffs; other than Romo just doesn't get it done.
When the Cowboys and Romo get their super bowl rings, then you'll be saying, "it took long enough".
It's okay that the niners suck, so do the Raiders. Neither team will be sniffing the playoffs anytime soon!

I'm not a romo hater, but hte reason they havn't won a playoff game since t.o been there is all romo's fault. The first time they had it won and romo dropped the ball when he was holding for the field goal, the second time romo threw like 3 or 4 interceptions in the playoff game. This year i believe its all on the coaches, too much talent, and no results. Romo and witten's numbers will fall off this year without T.O.

The most recent game I recall the niner's winning was that give away by the Giants on missed field goals way back when... I'm not too worried about the last 10 years b/c then we'll go into the conversation about superbowl wins and appearances, etc, etc...
T.O. is not that great. Does he help keep attention off others, yes. I've never questioned that. Is he worth it, NO! No worries folks! We'll get another star receiver soon. Remember that everybody wants to be a Cowboy! Show some love for America's team for god sakes! [ March 06, 2009, 02:19 AM: Message edited by: COBRAreflection ]
