What is the best way to go about removing those body stickers shown below without harming paint?

Anyone have experience with this?

I use a hairdryer since I don't have a heat gun, along with WD-40 and an old credit card, or a similar plastic scraping implement in addition to my nails, once you get a corner started you can usually just go slow and with the heat and WD-40 the sticker will come right up
