Because they closed 80 for the damn wallmart construction and diverted it down rocklin road.
They are EVERYWHERE, so if you have anything wrong with your car watch out.
We got followed 2 times and stopped just as we were getting on 80 cause they said our license light was out (it wasn't)

I just came up 80 and it was closed down to one lane. I saw at least 5 CHP sitting in the closed off area and one pulled the guy in front of me over but the dumbass was doing like 80.
