one of my dads friends was in a motorcycle accident. he was riding in the hills when he saw animal in his way tried to move out of the way, and in the process his bike hit some gravel and spun out and hit a tree... broke his hand scraped his whole leg and is peralized from the waist down... he is currentle in stanford and dotors dont know if he will be able to walk again... ![[Frown]](frown.gif) they also said he is very lucky to be alive...

damn moses, sorry to hear bout that, hope all goes well, my friend was in a car accident not to long ago, he only broke his wrist but his lady was paralized completely.......few days later she slow was able to move everything ![[Confused]](confused.gif) crazy shit doctor said her body was in shock or some shit iono, and that her muscle got all retarded and shit so that why it happened.....temporaraly, so u never know.....

hopefully he does recover... he broke his spine when he hit the tree.. they are transfering him over to another hospital but not sure to which one...

sorry to hear that bro..In January same thing happened to my best friend on his new GSXR1000 coming back from Reno. A dude pulled out of a driveway didnt see him and he flew off the bike hit his head on center divide was almost under full resperator..He ended up living thank god, but has been paralyzed from the stomach down since January. They also ended up transfering him to Stanford eventually, but still yet to have luck recovering..He has to adapt to a new life style now at only the age of 23yrs old not being able to walk..I wish the best of luck to your friend, I'll keep him in my prayer..Just thank the lord he's still alive ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

rode wit him a few time..i know alot of them guys...he a really coo guy..sux cuz he was planin on buildin his car to more..even thought it a import he had good plans for tha car..

All this stuff is scary for people that ride. If you read just the stories on this site you might not ever want to ride a bike again. It all comes down to what you want to do with your life . I feel bad for all the people in the Bike accidents but I am still riding for now. I wouldn't want people to stop if something happened to me. it still is a sad thing.
