its' not an 88 coupe??
its a 65..
maybe not 22K but def more than 11K..
the only thing killing the sale is the stock motor...otherwise...its probably more like 16K...
the interior is great...its got disc brakes...and a whole bunch of other work..

that's what I found weird about that whole car...all the detail into the interior, suspension, brakes, and paint...but yet has a shit ass motor in it....for an extra $3K...he could get nearly what he wanted

If he was lookin to get 9-11k for it I would be knockin on his door right now! 22,000 is to much for it especially with that crappy engine he got in their. All it need is a H/C/I 302 or 347 and its good to go
