so some A hole backed up into the side of my car today and then proceeded to try and run away. I caught up to him when he parked. He denied hitting me even though i had like 10 witnesses and said he didnt have insurance. I already filed a hit and run report with the police.. Question is ,, its minimal damage, but still noticeable. If i report it to my insurance company,, could they raise my rates?? I do have uninsured motorist coverage, and a $ 500 deductible..
