Topic: Need 'cosmetic' opinions

Alright guys...need some opinions here. When I had my car painted, they didn't cover up the interior of the car...so when they wet sanded it, it left a boat load of the white filmy crap on the inside of the car (where I had already rhino lined and painted). I spent about 5 hours over the last 2 days trying to clean it up and it is only 60% where I would want it to be (or where it was).
Ok...so need help...I have three options:
1) Fuck it...I'm Team SOLO and its about functionality and not cosmetics.
2) Just paint the bars inside of the car that are bare metal and fuck the 'dirty' stuff.
3) Spend the mad hours to prep the cage for a repaint, repaint the sides, and either put a skim coat of rhino liner on the 'floor' or use a black paint to make the rest of the inside look pretty.
Other variables to keep in mind. Cage is legal for 7.50 until March of next year. Then, I will have to make the decision to add in a few bars to make the car 7.50 legal again as it will only be legal to 8.50 as is or step up to a new cromoly cage (preferred).

I've never really been into looking good while going fast so i say #1.
Maybe pics would help to see what you're talking about.

Id pick number 2. If your going to be dealing with the cage again why get too crazy. Clean this dirty stuff up as you have time or whatever. See there, wasnt such a hard desicion after all.

Now...I haven't yet taken pics of how it looks 'shitty', but I'll be able to take those tomorrow. It probably would look 'ok' to most, but because of the amount of work/effort I put into it, I'm irritated.

I dont care how fast a car goes if it looks like shit,it just isnt as impressive .You have spent ALOT of time on that thing,and it has come ALONG way since you started.And if you arent in any hurry its something you can do 20mins a day if you dont have alot of time to deal with it.When you first put it together you really didnt care about looks,now that the thing is painted and that much money/time is invested get that bitch looking good.
