i have a few buddies who got all kinds of parts and i see that there are some guys who just always have stuff for sale on here.i think it would be cool if we could organize a swap meet somewhere.
*maybe this should be in the events section* [ January 09, 2007, 12:55 AM: Message edited by: 64valves*pbr* ]

thats what I am saying! Sac is a little too far unless they switch the locations every so often? Perhaps a south and a north version?

This is a great idea. We tried to do this at a car show last year but it didn't take off. If anyone wants to organize a cafords swap meet in the bay area or the sacramento area, please email feedback@cafords.com so we can work out the details. It really only takes one person to make a difference. If one person sets this up, tons of cafords members will make or save money buying and selling parts one afternoon, so it's up to one of you guys reading this to step up to the plate. We're here to help. [ January 10, 2007, 01:58 AM: Message edited by: 9COBRA8 ]

Dont you live in that area? I hate the fact that 99% of the time I want something off the board its in the bay area or somewhere 2 hours away from sac.

I know how you feel I am not going to show any cars in the Cafords shows until my Fastback is done. The Fastback would be worth showing and driving far to show it. When its done it should win awards and it would be worth winning the "best in Show" at the annual event [ January 10, 2007, 03:21 AM: Message edited by: 1968_Fastback ]
