i never once did that as a kid.
i knew better.. i would have gotten my ass whopped.
When i first got to the US i tried to use the "if you touch me i'll call the police" line with my mother..
and still got beat up.. "my mom said.. go ahead.. call them and i'll beat the crap out of them too"

My son pulled some shit in the store once, nothing like that but enough for me to pick him up and go home. Left all my shit in the cart,...told him we can't buy anything now because he was being bad. He's never done it again and I've never hit him.
Back in the day my dad would have thrown me across the isle or some shit crazy.

I knew better then that too...I'd either stay in the toy isle or quietly follow my dad around the store.
Way back when you could smoke in stores, My dad took a drag of his cigarette and when he lowered his hand, he put his cigarette on my arm by accident...of course I got in trouble and was told to be more careful...
